Clegg Food Projects was initially approached by Red Deer Herbs to prepare a feasibility study for its current site.
Various site options were assessed and the Clegg Food Projects team worked with the Red Deer Herbs owners and management team to select the best location to transfer the entire operation.
Once the location had been chosen and the feasibility study complete, Clegg Food Projects provided a complete design, procurement and construction service. The team guided the customer through the options for construction methods and materials to assess both initial capital cost and future operational needs.
The team also assisted in the plans to transfer the manufacturing equipment, staff and systems from the existing location to the new site without any adverse impact on sales.
