We focus on the client’s primary needs, including energy requirements – such as temperature-controlled environments – building fabric, efficient layouts, and hygienic finishes. We ensure that every facility is designed to be fit for purpose and exceeds the customers’ expectations.
Therefore, we regularly coordinate the installation of equipment, palletizers, racking and technology providers to make life as easy as possible for our customers.
Distribution & Warehouse Construction
We have completed many new build distribution or warehouse construction facilities – on both green and brownfield sites – as well as a number of refurbishments and extension projects.
As a result, we understand the importance of an active site remaining operational and maintaining safe and hygienic production throughout the project.
