We are a trusted construction specialist within the bakery sector, offering a tailored and personal approach to every project.
Some of our earliest projects in the 1980s were with bakery customers that produced a range of products, from pork pies to loaves of bread. Since this time, we have completed five new build bakeries – on both green and brown field sites – and dozens of smaller extensions and refurbishment projects.
We know that each project is different. Therefore, we work with customers to select the most appropriate method and construction material on a room by room basis. We also regularly coordinate the installation of bakery equipment, including bulk storage silos, mixing systems, ovens and coolers, to help ensure our projects run as smoothly as possible.
When it comes to extensions and refurbishments, we understand the need for sites to remain active. The Clegg Food Projects team is therefore well equipped to work on live sites to ensure safe and hygienic production levels are maintained and our clients can continue to manufacture baked goods throughout each project phase.
